This event is strictly NO BYO alcohol.

There is limited seating available in the General Admission area. Please feel free to BYO chairs & picnic blankets. 

For those who have purchased Level Up tickets, seating is provided however you are still welcome to bring your own.

Free parking is available next to the site, with entry to the parking area near the Gilgandra Museum.  

A drop off zone is located at the front of the Coo-ee Heritage and Visitor Information Centre.

Buses are available from our neighbouring towns and regions and around Gilgandra to get you safely to the event and home again. Regional bus run seats are limited and require pre-booking. Make sure to add your bus ticket on at the add-on stage of ticket purchase.
